I saw teenagers in shorts but they're always the exception and not the rule. I highly recommend this rink! We both play hockey and we thought it was a nice rink the temperature for public skate is good, but need a light jacket. Customer service could be better, but overall it wasn't bad at all.
The place is great. Center Ice Arena is a brand new ice skating facility located in Sandy Springs, GA. We offer figure skating, ice hockey, public skating, and learn to skate! In fact, while I was there the only injury that occurred was when a young hockey player was goofing off and tripped another skater who fell with an injury bad enough that she had to leave. The long gaveled ITP rink indeed exists.
I thought it was a little pricey (~$50 for family of four for 2 hour session + rentals). I love going around to different dive shops and seeing what they have to offer. Everything in the rink is modern, and the ice is perfectly nice. Please, read our COVID Policy in the News section.
