I'm Chakron, developer of the website Niarja.com which parses every tweet sent out by the Wurm Online twitter accounts and displays them in a useful, searchable interface. (shows 0 chars on Epic and only like 5-6 on freedom). Before and up to that date it is pretty instant. Matter of fact...both of those possible error cases will be completely irrelevant, I'd like to suggest having an option to change the amount of players shown in the top rankings, 10, 20, 50 and 100 or something to that effect.

Would be great to see that number on characters skill sheet too even when it is private. Which means I'm still the #1 Digger in Wurm! Yes, that is supposed to show. This is being changed to use Standard Competition Ranking. If I could set it to just graph a certain amount of time, like June 1st 2019-September 1st 2019, that'd be helpful. But looks like very nice overview of skills and their increases. When the cast happened in the last 24 hours, it should be much more prevalent now. Did you thought about small desktop tool which is listening to skill ticks and then automatically uploads them in regular intervals? I was able to piece things together based on the Tweets, and all the Champions should be correct now. One day they’re going to be like “what do you mean our servers are on Niarja, we gave up on that”. Edit: I'll set up that redirect though, because most people are coming there for Wurm Online Rifts.
Having issues at random uploading new skill dumps to niarja, hitting submit and it just refreshes the page and does not upload the skill dump? Independence was moved to new hardware this morning, which interrupted population data gathering. Online is not the only universe that has Rifts. Yeah i like this idea.. like just get the skill points number. This should work pretty well (but not VERY well) on your phone or tablet, too. A standard competition ranking would be a great intern situation if you have some problems sorting by time of submission. I'll get this fixed.
Browser tricked me as well, was adding the www when I tried without as I had a bookmark with that, and I didn't notice... Yep, browsers are the worst. I had sold my character a while ago and bought it back within a few months. By [Sklotopolis – Liberty] and [Sklotopolis – Nova] have been added to Niarja. Ah, browsers tricking me. I'm updating the site to talk to a different server. If you've got any ideas, post them here or better yet, head on over to my thread in the Toolbelt. You take a skill dump. You can now hover over population graphs to see individual server population numbers. Private characters now show up in rankings with the name “Private”. This is fixed.

Perhaps if after 3 months an entry isn't updated it could be hidden from the active ranks as this would be a fair way to indicate if a record is being maintained. Skill dump file uploads are on average 25x faster. Let me know if you run into anything similar. Or is this Epic/freedom together. Even now it's hard - you're basically looking a new skill dump every time you see one.
One item I personally miss is now is the to players sheet... You need to be a member in order to leave a comment. During that time the other person added my character to Niarja. Where does the other 5 places come from? I've uploaded three skill dumps and Niarja Skill Compare has created that graph for me to check my skill progress. I'll probably come up with something better. East. Skill Ranks now update immediately instead of updating in 15 minute increments. Some skill dumps (like those with the old name for "Animal Handling") might still work incorrectly - I'll deal with those on a case-by-case basis. Wurm Online has 140 skills and a skill dump is just a line-by-line list of every skill you have. Contrasting colors have been adjusted to be easier to read for people with deuteranopia, protanopia, or tritanopia. Take a look at what it does right now. Thank you for sorting so quickly! It's not the most beautiful thing but I don't know how long-term the "Skill Points" concept will be. After you've uploaded more than one skill dump you can click on any skill and start seeing that. Send me a PM with your Niarja account and the character name and I can transfer ownership over to you. After registering an account, you get to decide if your data is public (shared with everyone), or private.
On Niarja Skill Compare, you used to upload one skill snapshot per day (that is, only one skill snapshot could be uploaded for “January 1st, 2019”). Some information is unique to players across different Universes, while other information is unique to players across different Universes + Clusters (ex: Kingdom membership, religion, etc). My next suggestion is a way of removing duplicates using an alias based on their activity. Is there a way to get a 24h time and not this AM/PM thing? Any other skill snapshots from the same day were considered “duplicates” and discarded. It only clears all the fields. Please let me know if that's important to you. I will probably set the refresh rate to 1 minute after some testing, looks like that rate will be supported now (Niarja uses pull instead of push for various reasons). Currently a Rift is running on Independence, while another Rift was also reported today.

I've been trying to upload skill dumps from the WU server I play on, since I just remembered I used to use niarja and I like graphs! I can take a look when I get home but Sn00 is likely right. I'm not sure how it decides who is top out of the people who have 100 skill. The Brotherhood, Exo. Are "private" dumps supposed to show on the skill lookup?
If a char is 12th Overall in a skill.. does it mean the overall takes private accounts into consideration also? Its 7th. However old skill dumps don't really work, had to make new one. accoriding to website the battle camps on elevation still shows but in game only 1 currently acvtive, https://www.niarja.com/universes/online/clusters/epic/servers/elevation. This could be very good way to track characters progress. Also if it uses the private accounts, does it change if a private account data gets deleted?
I've tried deleting and re-making a couple of times but it won't budge. Edit: This is resolved. For example, let's click on my digging skill and take a look: Clicking on my Digging skill has shown that on Freedom Cluster, I am the #1 Digger who has publicly shared their skills!
