Learn a little each day as we develop and deepen our understanding of ourselves and this incredible technology. Please bring a mat, water bottle, blanket and a strap. Rejuvenate, heal, restore, revitalise and adventure. The retreat is suitable for all levels of fitness, but be prepared to be challenged.

Mats are provided, but bring your own to the first class if desired. This yoga class consists of stretching postures in all directions, including the more active standing positions.
